OBITUARY Richard Joseph Pfeffer July 25, 1932 – September 13, 2018 PFEFFER, Richard, 86, of Sylvan Lake, passed away September 13, 2018. He was born in Detroit on July 25, 1932. Richard graduated from St. Frederick High School (Pontiac) and went on to receive his Master’s Degree from Michigan State University.

Dick had a career as a Borden’s milkman and a teacher. He was a member of the Elks and always had a passion for golf and his family. Dick is survived by his children, Laura (Len) Petrucci, Roxane (Mike) Grandstaff, Steve (Lynne) Pfeffer, Charles (Madia) Pfeffer, Gregg (Melanie) Pfeffer, and Paige Grosvenor; his grandchildren, Alaina Petrucci, Alon Cohn, Justine McGraw, Nick Charboneau, Cara Grandstaff, Matt Pfeffer, Paiten Grosevnor, and Wyatt Pfeffer; and his sister, Phyllis (Basil) Gaffney.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Pfeffer. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 2-7 PM at Family Funeral Care, 2904 Orchard Lake Rd. , Keego Harbor, MI.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 11 AM, Visitation beginning at 10 AM until time of service, at Family Funeral Care. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Heart Association or to the Arts and Technology Academy of Pontiac. www.
