Richard Lavern Myers, Sr., 61, of Clover, SC, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018 at home. Services will be held at a later time in Springfield, MO. Mr. Myers was born November 21, 1956 in Ukiah, CA to the late Charlie Harold and Wilma Houston Myers.

He was a graduate of Wentworth Military Academy and Southwest Baptist University and was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corp. Mr. Myers was a silversmith and an accomplished Flint Knapper, he was the owner and artist at Our Second Wind Studio. Survivors are his wife Carole Connally Myers; daughter Summer McBlair of Enid, OK; step-daughter Courtney Payton of Clover, SC; sons Rick Myers, Jr. of Enid, OK, Logan Maples of Arkansas; Gary Payton, Jr. of Clover, SC; and sisters Julia Moore and Katherine Myers both of Springfield, MO.
