Mr. Spalding is survived by his wife, Janis Spalding; children, Jeff (Sara) Spalding, Tyler Spalding, Lesli (Glenn) Frank and Megan (Philip) Levin; brother, Robert Spalding, Sr.; sisters, Janet Kuppler and Jeanne Ann Fountain; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
