OBITUARY Richard Olin Rouggly Richard Olin Rouggly, 83 years old of St. Louis, MO. , passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Mercy South Hospital, St. Louis, MO. He was born September 3, 1935, in French Village, MO.

Richard was retired as a Zookeeper for the St. Louis Zoo. He was a United States Marine and Army Veteran. He loved his family very much.

He was a loving father and a very proud grandpa. Surviving are Wife of 62 years, Lillian Rouggly, nee Hendershott, Son, Brian (Dawn) Rouggly of Dupo, IL. ; Granddaughter, Michaela Rouggly; Grandson, Brandon Rouggly; Brother, Daymond (Wilma) Rouggly; Three Sisters, Margie Hanon, Gerry Barkley & Mary (John) Carril, along with other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by Son, Gary Rouggly; his Father, Roscoe R. Rouggly; his Mother, Myrtle E Knudsen; his Brother, Raymond Rouggly and Sister, Annebelle Brown. Visitation will be on Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, IL. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, IL.

, with Rev. Lucas Rouggly. At Mr. Rouggly’s request, he was cremated.
