Obituary for Richard Van Rozeboom Richard Van Rozeboom, age 74, peacefully passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018, after a prolonged illness. Richard graduated from Bullard High School, and Fresno City Collage, Prior to attending California State University, Fresno and University of Wyoming. He served in the Air National Guard, and worked most his life in the construction industry having worked his way from journeyman carpenter, to general contractor, and Hospital Building Inspector over the course of his career.

Richard was an avid skier up until his passing, and had worked on the ski patrol and as a ski instructor, at China Peak in the 1960s. Richard is survived by his wife of 50 years, Barbara Challstrom Van Rozeboom his son, Reed and wife Shelly; their daughter Ellie his son Ross; his brother Russell and wife Tenli; his sister, Sara Swafford; and his mother, Babette Van Rozeboom. The family would like to thank Hinds Hospice for their outstanding and compassionate care.
