Obituary of Richard Cupples Richard (Dick) C. Cupples, 82 of Bellingham, Washington, passed away Wednesday afternoon, January 9th, 2019 surrounded by his family and loved ones. Dick was born December 27th 1936, to Cassius and Ellen Cupples. He enlisted into the United States Army at 17.

On February 4th 1967, he married the love of his life, Margene Lamphiear. He worked for Wilder Constructions Co. for over 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, bonfires, telling jokes (dirty or clean), tinkering on motors, watching old westerns and lending a helping hand to anyone who needed it.

Dick is survived by his wife Margene, four children, Dean Cupples, June (Tony) Baldetta, Glen (Debbie) and Teresa (Traoy) Phillips, 12 grandchildren, Derek (Shauna) Baldetta, Kristina Phillips (David Hampton), Rachelle Warner, Rachel Nipper, Vincent (Heather) Baldetta, Brian Berg, Tyson (Brittney) Warner, Kimberlee Phillips (Dakota Sanchez), Terry Sharp, James Sharp, Tara Butenshoen, Shannon Belanger. He is also survived by his sister Deedee Mezo, 35 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. All are welcome to join us in a celebration of life service held at the American Legion, 1688 West Bakerview Rd.
