Obituary for Rickey Dale Brown Rickey Dale Brown, 64, died Monday, April 30, 2018 at SWMC in Liberal. He was born on August 24, 1953, the son of Kyle Robert and Patsy (Swisher) Brown in Garden City, KS. On August 31, 2011, he married DeAnna Brown in Meade, KS.

She survives. Rickey was a member of the NRA, and worked for Halliburton in offshore drilling. Survivors include: 1 brother Roger Brown and his wife Brenda 1 twin sister Cinamon Hawks and her husband Jeff 1 sister Debra Heim He was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew, Clint Hawks.
