Rickey Evin Wilberg, age 66, of Tabiona, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019 at his home. He was born August 7, 1952 to Chal Berl and Lola Tomlinson Wilberg in Orem. Rick grew up in Orem and attended Orem High School and UVU.

He was an ironworker by trade. He loved doing anything outdoors including, hunting, trapping, and growing an enormous garden that he shared with others. Helping friends and family was his passion.

In recent years he served as a volunteer fire fighter and on the town council in Tabiona. He was always serving people in many ways and will be missed by all. He is survived by his daughters, Ginger Lane (Jason Parker), Las Vegas; Amie (Scot) Walton, Hurricane; grandchildren, Bryce Cable, Newbury, Ohio; Travyn Wilberg and Alexis Walton, Hurricane; siblings, Launa Menlove, Shirrell Jaques, St George; Terry Wilberg, Westpoint, UT; and Myron Wilberg, Orem.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Candace and son Rick “Bubba” Wilberg. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the Tabiona Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel at 12:00 Noon. A visitation will be held from 10:30 – 11:45.

Burial in the Tabiona Cemetery.
