Rita E. Neyhart, age 75, of Perrysburg, passed away on October 12, 2018. Rita has long awaited to be reunited with her husband Edward whom passed away 35 years ago. Rita was born on February 4, 1943 in Lima, Ohio to Herbert and Eileen Pratt.

Rita was a passionate caregiver who worked as a nurse her entire career. She retired from the Medical College of Ohio after 26 years of dedicated service. After her retirement, Rita worked for Heartland Home Care and Hospice, then finished her service for Hospice of Northwest Ohio.

Rita cherished spending time with her four sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren. She enjoyed camping, NASCAR, gardening, and weekends with her grandkids. Rita was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward and sister, Barbara (Bob) Timmons.

She will be dearly missed by her sister, Anita (Charles) Vess; sons, Edward (Laurie), Joseph (Louann), Thomas and James (Lisa) Neyhart; grandchildren, Sarah (Richard), James, Gwen, Alice (James), Joseph, Stephanie, Emma, Michelle and Tiffany; 9 great grandchildren; and extended family and friends. Family and friends may visit on Monday from 4-8:00 p.m. at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. , where Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the mortuary.

Interment will follow at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorial tributes may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
