Robert “Bob” A. Almara, age 77, of North Side; on Friday, August 31, 2018, peacefully, surrounded by his family. Loving father of Robin (Tom) Herron and Sandra Almara; grandfather of Brett (Ali) Herron, Ronald (Ashley) Almara and Kerri Herron; son of the late Joseph and Margaret (Olean) Almara; brother of William “Geno”, James “Jim” and the late Joseph “Jack” Almara; Dear friend of John “the Painter” Gerrich; also survived by nieces, nephew and friends. He was retired from H.J. Heinz Company.

His grandchildren were his pride and joy. He was an avid card player, football and basketball fan.
