Robert “Bob” Baucom, 79, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. He was born September 11, 1938 in Long Beach, California the son of the late Robert and Jeanne (Huckabay) Baucom. On June 25, 1961 in Lakewood, California he was united in marriage to Patricia (Decker) Baucom who preceded him in death on April 6, 2018.

Survivors, Daughters, Deborah Bursell (Tim) of Mesa, AZ; Diane Groose (Doug) of O’Fallon, MO; Leita Clark (Darian) of Stover, MO Four Grandchildren, Robert Owings, Joseph Groose, Paige Stark & Victoria Bursell Brother, Richard Baucom of Arizona Bob was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was employed with Fechtel Beverage as a salesman until his retirement. He was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church of Eldon, MO.

and volunteered often assisting at the Eldon Food Pantry. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM at Bethany Lutheran Church of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 11:30 AM with Pastor Peter Lange officiating. Burial with Full Military Honors will follow at the Eldon City Cemetery.

Memorials in his name are suggested to the Eldon Food Pantry or the Bethany Lutheran Church Choir. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
