Robert “Bob” Eugene Bucher, 79, of Catawissa passed away Monday May 28, 2018 at Bloomsburg Hospital. He was born October 23, 1938 in Catawissa, a son of the late William E. Bucher and Rhea (Buck) Kerwood. He attended Catawissa High School and then joined United States Air Force for four years.

Bob worked at Maxi Manufacturing in Catawissa until it closed. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards especially hausey and cinch. Bob is survived by his wife the former Sandra A. Cromley whom he married May 5, 1990, three children; Darla Ernest and husband Dave, Kim Munsell and companion Meade Murtland, and Brian Munsell and wife Madeline, four grandchildren; Justin, Emily, Jared, and Jager, one great-grandson Cameron, and numerous brothers and sisters.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents as well as his first wife Nancy Bucher who passed away in 1986. Services will be at the convenience of the family at Hillside Cemetery. The Allen R. Horne Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 193 McIntyre Road, Catawissa is handling arrangements.
