Robert was born on March 9, 1961, to Esta Otto and Martha Mae Hill in Dayton, Ohio. He passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at his home in Montgomery, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his father, Esta Otto Hill.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother Martha Hill of Coshocton, Ohio His best friend and love of his life Kathryn Hill of Anacoco, LA Their children Phillip Ruiz of PA, Autumn Addison (Aaron) of Anacoco, LA, Jessica Hill of Leesville, LA, and Sarah Copeland (Darden) of Montgomery, AL Grandchildren Colton, Brentlee, Paisleigh, and Kace Ruiz; Alexis and A.J. Addison; Dylan, Thomas, and Natalie Hill; and Kaden Hill Sister Amanda Wallace (Mark) and brothers Edwin Hill (Kathy) and Christopher Hill (Mary) all from Ohio and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
