Robert (Bobby) Lee Verran, Age 71 Chicago, IL. passed peacefully at 12:55am. 1-29-2019 at Rainbow Hospice Ark, Chicago, IL.

of congestive heart failure. Robert was born March 19, 1948 in Lemont, IL. He was preceded in death by his mother Mabel Verran and father William Verran both of Chicago, IL.

Surviving are five siblings: William (Bill) Bergsjo, Palatika, FL. , Clara Hartley, Esville, MI. , Betty Menke, Franklin, IN.

, Gloria Brennan, Donnellsonville, LA. , Linda Rose of Orange Park, FL. , 3 nephews, 8 nieces and their children.

Bobby was an artist at Arts of Life for over 16 years receiving numerous awards for his commitment to his creative practice and the Arts of Life community. Throughout his career, Bobby has been featured in over 45 exhibitions, most notably A is for Artist at The Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art, and his work can be seen in the permanent collection at Waisman Center at UW-M. Bobby lived with LEEDA Services for 20 years and will be missed by his LEEDA family and friends as well as his Arts of Life community and his family.

Arts of Life and LEEDA will host a joint celebration of his remarkable life at a later date. Services will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. on Friday Feb.
