He enjoyed his various jobs over the years including working at Color Works and Doodads. He is best known as the owner of Time Travelers comic book store on 23rd Avenue in Moline, and as “Kirbey” at Torment at Twelve Hundred in Orion. He was also a talented musician, and amateur movie critic and filmmaker.

He played guitar in several bands and groups, playing at various venues in the area. He loved going to the movies, and would see many films several times, after which he would write reviews on Facebook. He and a friend also traveled the country interviewing those involved in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie, and created a documentary, “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: Family Portrait Revisited”, which at one point was available on Netflix.

Bob was also an avid and devoted collector. He was known to buy three of everything in order to “have one to use and play with, one to trade, and one to keep in the original box”. There may be a storage facility or two going out of business without Bob as a patron.

He was a Beatle’s enthusiast, and an avid Chicago Cubs’ fan. Above all else, family was the most important thing to Bob. He was a wonderful brother, and he treated his beloved nieces and nephews as though they were his own children.

Bob is survived by his siblings, Jeri and Walt Hodge of Milan, Jodi and Rich Darnell of Bettendorf, Bill and Melissa Enlow of Rock Island, and Jack and Christine Enlow of Milan; his nieces and nephews, Amy and Sergio Villarreal, Abby and Kevin Stickell, Cassie and Kevin Whitehair, Collin and Lauren Petoskey, Cara Petoskey and her fiancé Scott DuBree, C.J.
