Robert D. Fraser Age 84, passed away, Saturday December 8, 2018 at his home. Survived by his three Robert D. Fraser II, Brent (Michelle) Fraser and Lynn Anne (Scott) Arias; grandchildren Madison, Shelby and Payton Fraser; brother-in-law George (Nicki) Long. Many close friends, caregivers and relatives.

Preceded in death by his wife of 43 years Barbara (Long) Fraser; parents David C. and Madeleine (Wagner) Fraser. Born in Joliet, a lifelong resident. Graduated from Joliet Township High School Class of 1952 and Lewis University.

Retired from the City of Joliet, as Director of Management and Budget, after 43 years. Member of First Presbyterian Church and lifelong member of B.P.O.E. Elks Lodge #296.
