OBITUARY Robert Dennis Long June 14, 1941 – January 28, 2019 Robert D. Long, 77, of Fort Wayne passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019. He was born on June 14, 1941 in Fort Wayne, a son of the late Robert F. and Donna P. (Dennis) Long. He served in the U.S. Air Force.

He worked as a passenger agent for United Airlines before retiring. He enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching sunsets, walking his dog, and especially spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving family include his sons, Robert A. “Rob”, Randy (Betty), Andy, and Brian Long; and five grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his wife, Karen J. (Krill) Long. A private family service will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be at Prairie Grove Cemetery, Fort Wayne at a later date.
