Obituary for Robert E. “Bob” Moody Print Robert E. “Bob” Moody Sr., 71, of Chesterfield, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019. He was born to the late Asa C. and Annie M. Moody on May 27, 1947. Mr. Moody served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of Wesley Chapel Church.

He valued the time he spent travelling with his wife in their RV, but most of all valued the time he spent with his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Terry E. Moody; son, Robert E. Moody Jr.; brother, Asa C. Moody Jr.; sister, Anne Jones; and nephew, Ronald Hollis. He is survived by his daughter, Christina “Christy” L. Simpson (Clark); grandchildren, Savannah, Annabelle, Isaac, Caroline, and Hope; sister, Sue Hollis; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2019. Online condolences may be registered at www. ealvinsmall.com.
