Obituary Wyoming – Robert Gene Milroy, 88, of Wyoming, formerly of Victoria, passed away at 5:13 a.m. Monday, February 25, 2019 at Kewanee Care Nursing Home in Kewanee. Robert was born on October 20, 1930 in Victoria, the son of Archie and Mary (Gibbs) Milroy. He married Lorraine Middaugh November 12, 1955 and she preceded him in death on March 13, 1973.
