Obituary Wyoming – Philip Wayne Price, 81, of Wyoming, passed away at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Philip was born on August 11, 1937 in Wyoming, the son of Raymond LeRoy and Isabel Grace (Burns) Price. Surviving are one daughter, Vicki Moats of Wyoming; one granddaughter, Amy Taylor of Wyoming; and many nieces and nephews.
