Robert Glenn Lavarier Age 60 of Morris, passed away Wednesday May 30, 2018 at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood. Born November 21, 1957 in Morris, Robert Glenn was a son of William and Arolette (Anderson) Lavarier. He was raised in Morris and attended Morris High School.

On November 11, 1977 Robert married Louanne Luck and together they made their home and raised their family in Morris. He worked as an operator with Jefferson Smurfit Corporation for over eighteen years, and in his free time he enjoyed fishing, wrestling and spending time outdoors. Survivors include his wife of forty years, Louanne; mother: Arolette; two children: Chad Lavarier of Minooka and Jessica (Matthew) Biskie of Morris; six grandchildren: Victoria, Payton Jane, Justin, Destiny, Hayden and Mackenzie; sister: Cathy (Tim) Jewett of Morris and brother, Duane (Cindy) Lavarier of Michigan; sister-in-law: Stella Lavarier of St. Louis, as well as nieces and nephews: Heather, Carmen, Megan, Michaelene, Gracie, Rachael, Matthew, Ashley, Brittany, Sarah Ann and Michelle.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, brother: Ronald Lavarier and nephew Jeffery Lavarier. Per Robert’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. In lieu of flowers — preferred memorials requested by the family may be made to the Funeral Care Fund (Appeal for Donations linked to this obituary).
