Fowler (Nee Kerpelman); and his first wife, Bonnie; devoted father of Rebecca Demski and her husband Erick, Erin Scarpulla and her husband Louis, Jesse Elkins and Josh Fowler; loving grandfather of Finn Demski and Stella Scarpulla; dear brother of Fay Fowler Gross and Kelly Scott Fowler; also survived by many loving family members and friends. Family and friends will honor Bo’s life with a receiving of friends at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services-Parkville, 8800 Harford Road on Wednesday April 3, 2019 from 1-3 pm & 5-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Bo Fowler Financial Aid Endowment Fund at Jemicy School,11202 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, Maryland 21117.
