Obituary for Robert J. Mullen Print Robert J. Mullen, lifelong South Boston resident passed away on Feb. 11, 2019 at the age of 88. Beloved son of the late Michael and Nora ( McDougal ) Mullen and loving brother to the late Edward Mullen.

Bob is survived by his 7 first cousins and numerous extended family. Relatives and Friends are invited to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday Feb. 28, 2019 at (time to be announced) in the Gate of Heaven Church , South Boston.

Services will conclude with full military honors and burial in New Calvary Cemetery, Dorchester. Late Veteran of the Korean War having sacrificed his body with the loss of his legs during engagement of the enemy at Inchon, Korea Sept. 20, 1950.
