ROBERT KYLE (ROB) MOWERY, 52, passed away January 4, 2019 of a heart attack. He was born April 12, 1966 in Springfield, Ohio, the son of Donald G. Mowery and Veester (McBrayer) Manley. He is survived by the joy of his life, his daughter, Chloe Mowery of Kettering, Ohio; mother, Vee M. Manley; sister, Tammy (Les) Chih of Worthington, Ohio; two nephews, Alexander Chih of Asheville, North Carolina and Matthew Chih of Worthington, Ohio; uncles, Darrell McBrayer of Port Charlotte, Florida, Richard… Read More » Mowery of New Carlisle, Ohio; step-brother, Gerald Manley and Robin Foulke of Springfield and many cousins.

Rob was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Cecil and Virginia Mowery, Beecher and Jeanette McBrayer; step-father, Raymond E. Manley and two cousins. Rob graduated from Kenton Ridge High School and had been a guitar instructor at Guitar Attention Center for 36 years. He was also employed at Stanley Electric in London, Ohio.

Rob was the best father, son and brother any family could ask for. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 5-8 pm in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:30 am in the funeral home with Pastor Charlene Hubbard officiating.

Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made to Animal Welfare.
