Robert’s Obituary Robert Lee (Bob) Schieszer, 83, of Marshall, MO, died Sunday, May 5, 2019, at The Bluffs in Columbia, MO. Memorial graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 10, 2019, at Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall, with Dr. Mike Parris officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2019, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.

Memorials may be made to American Heart Association or American Kidney Foundation. Friends may sign the online register book at www. campbell-lewis.com Born October 4, 1935, in Marshall, he was the son of the late Robert William Schieszer and Emma Bernice Kent Schieszer.

He lived in Marshall most of his life and was a 1953 graduate of Marshall High School. On June 27, 1959, he married Phyllis Thompson who preceded him in death on March 9, 2000. He was owner and operator of Robert L. Schieszer Construction Company and had served in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include three children, Robbie Schieszer (Tracy) of Nicholson, GA, Shelly Nowlin (Dale) of Independence, MO and Teresa Osweiler of Lone Jack, MO; six grandchildren, Taylor Holloman (John), Jackson Schieszer, James Schieszer, Kyle, Seth and Luke Osweiler; and one niece, Debra Ann Pinkston. In addition to his parents and wife, Bob was preceded in death by a daughter in infancy, Lisa Ann Schieszer; and one sister, Virginia Durrett.
