Mr. Robert Melton “Bill” Fulmer, 91, entered into rest Monday, December 31st, 2018. Mr. Fulmer is the father of Donald (Amanda) Fulmer, Russell (the late Theresa) Fulmer, Allen (Connie) Fulmer, Dwayne (LeWanda) Fulmer, Tony (Alica) Fulmer, Larry (Tammy) Fulmer, the late Barry Fulmer and Debra Kay Fulmer, and father -in-law of Susan. He is grandfather of Louis (Beth) Fulmer, Brady Fulmer, Keith Fulmer (Amanda Anderson), Joanna Fulmer, Thomas (Jenn) Fulmer, Will T. Koester, IV, Lindsey Fulmer, Lee Ellen Fulmer, Gabby Fulmer, Evan Fulmer, and Nicholas Fulmer.

Mr. Fulmer is the great grandfather of Kyler Fulmer, Kailey Fulmer, Olivia Anderson, Stormy Davis, Robert Harrison, Jack Harrison, and Amelia Fulmer. He is the brother of Mildred (Dewey) Carver, sister-in-law Mattie Lou Fulmer, and brother-in-law Charlie Stone. Mr. Fulmer is preceded in death by his wife Mary Adell “Dell” Lindsey Fulmer and his siblings Gerald Fulmer, Leroy Fulmer, and Louise Stone.

Mr. Fulmer was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was a Mason with Cedar Lodge #184 in Wagener. He was a member of Seivern Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon.

Mr. Fulmer retired as a Construction Project Manager. He was an excellent home builder instilling his craftsmanship to each of his sons. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm Thursday, January 3rd, 2019 in the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

A Service Celebrating Mr. Fulmer’s life will be 11:00 am on Friday, January 4th, 2019 at Seivern Baptist Church with Pastor Brent Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the New Holland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Seivern Baptist Church at 1337 Seivern Road, Wagener, SC 29164.
