Robert S. Myers, 70, of Alburtis formerly of Milford Square died June 16, 2018 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Myers) Myers. They were married 48 years last March.

Born in Quakertown he was the son of the late Robert B. & Kathryn (Stocker) Myers. He owned and operated Myers Communications in Spinnerstown before retiring. Prior to that he worked at the former Dimmig Electric.

He was a 25 year member of the Milford Township Fire Company where he served as a former Fire Police Captain. He enjoyed computers and loved camping and studying history. Robert was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War.

In addition to his wife he is survived by a son William R. Myers (Tara) of Alburtis, a brother Barry L. Myers (Roseanne) of West Minster, MD. A granddaughter Emma. He is also survived by his mother in law Virginia Myers of Topton.

Memorial Services will be held on Friday. June 22, 2018 at 2:30 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www. crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951.
