Robert’s Obituary Robert Craig Thorne, 61 Robert C. Thorne of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Monday, January 7, 2019 at Lake Wales Medical Center. He was born September 13, 1957 in Passaic, New Jersey. He has been a resident of the area for 5 years coming from Elmwood Park, New Jersey.

He was a Salesman for Seaman’s Furniture. Robert loved baseball and was a little league coach. He is preceded in death by his father Alfred W. Thorne.

He is survived by his mother Josephine Marton and step father Milan Marton, daughter Lyndsey Walker of Saddlebrook, NJ, sons Robert C. Thorne Jr., NYC, NY, Raymond Thorne of Garfield, NJ, brothers Alfred W. Thorne and wife Marcie of Cumming, GA, Raymond M. Thorne and wife Ulrike of Suwanee, GA, Jack D. Thorne and wife Marianne of Laguna Nigel, CA, 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 10:30 AM Saturday, January 19, 2019 until service time at 11:30AM at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home. Interment will be held at the George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery in Paramus, New Jersey.
