Obituary for Roberta Saunders Selvey Roberta Virginia Selvey, 88, passed away after a brief illness on April 26, 2018. She was born on November 6, 1929 in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Robert and Viola Saunders. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband William Erskine Selvey, Sr and a grandson, David Andrew.

Roberta is survived by her children, Susan Dixon (Terry) and William E. Selvey, Jr. (Jodi) and grandchildren, Jennifer, Sara, Scott, Meredith and Nathan. A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 30, 2018, at Heritage Funeral Home, Indian Trail. Family visitation will precede the service at 1PM at the funeral home.

Burial will follow the funeral service at Lakeland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association- Charlotte. Arrangements are in the care of Heritage Funeral Home, Indian Trail.
