Rober Cjuckett , August 02, 1962 — December 20, 2018

Robert C. Juckett, 56, of Burlington Twp. , passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018, at his vacation home in Flagstaff, Arizona. Born on August 2, 1962 in Newton, NJ, Bob was a graduate of Steinert High School in Hamilton Twp.

, NJ. After graduation he worked for Trent Box for 8 years and then for Conrail for 30 years, where he was a member of the UTU. Bob worked his way up from the position of brakeman, conductor and finally retiring as a yardmaster.

Bob loved spending time with his family and going to concerts and sporting events with his son, Matthew, who was the joy of his life. He loved music and had many hobbies, but photography was his passion, whether it be behind the camera shooting concerts, motorsports racing, cityscapes, sporting events of his favorite teams (NY Yankees and Seattle Seahawks) or the majestic scenery of the US Southwest. Bob was a contributing photographer for Area Auto Racing News for the past 26 years.

Many of Bob’s photos could be found on album covers and in multiple publications. Over the past few years, Bob tried his hand at writing and penned many concert reviews for the Huffington Post. Predeceased by his father, Edward D. Juckett; and his uncles, John, Larry and Howard Juckett, Jr.; he is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Susan (Cuomo) Juckett; his son, Matthew E. Juckett; his uncle and aunt, Charles and Betty Juckett; his brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Cynthia Juckett; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Edward and Joanne Cuomo; his brother-in-law, Edward M. Cuomo; and his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., with a memorial service beginning at 3:00 p.m., at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ. Cremation was held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Robert’s memory to Stand Up to Cancer by visiting In Memory Of at inmemof.org.
