OBITUARY Rodney Adam Middlebrooks January 16, 1980 – December 4, 2018 Rodney Adam Middlebrooks, age 38, of Brent, AL died on December 4, 2018 in Shelby County. He is survived by his wife, KayLee Middlebrooks; daughters, Heaven Felker and Angel Middlebrooks; father, Tommy Middlebrooks(Amy); mother, Ann Denmark; brothers, Drew Johnson, Kyle Smith and Derrick Smith; grandparents, Barbara Jean Stipes and Sharon Middlebrooks. He is preceded in death by his brother, Jon Phillips.

Visitation will be held Sunday, Dec. 9, 2018 from 2 to 4 PM at Rockco Funeral Home in Centreville, AL Funeral service will be held Monday, Dec. 10, 2018 at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel at 11 AM with burial to follow at Pineland Memorial Cemetery.
