Mr. Whitlock is survived by his parents, Mr. Ronald Lloyd and Mrs. Carolyn W. Singleton (Leroy, Sr.); children: Mr. Rodriquez D. Whitlock, Jr., Mr. Justin Sander, Mr. John Whitlock, and Mr. Dwayne N. Whitlock; and siblings Mr. Leroy Singleton, Jr., Mr. Dominick J. Singleton, Mr. Ronald Smith, Ms. Juanita Smith, and Yasheca Smith. Viewing for Mr. Whitlock will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at The Rev. Bryan McNeal, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 4129 Highway 17 N., Awendaw, SC 29429.
