He was born on September 10, 1938 in Cerralvo Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his father, Luz Gutierrez Cardenas (+), and by his mother, Santos Espinoza Solis (+).

He is survived by his wife, Hortencia R. Gutierrez also by his daughter, Ramona Gutierrez and his sons, Jesus Gutierrez, Rogelio Gutierrez Jr. and Baltazar Gutierrez. He is also survived by his 9 grand-children, and nieces and nephews. Viewing days and times: Wednesday November 14, 2018 From: 12.
