Roger Anthony Klebsch, 63, of Iowa Falls, Iowa passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019 at MercyOne North Iowa Hospice House in Mason City, Iowa. Visitation will be Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm at the Linn’s Funeral Home Chapel in Iowa Falls. Memorial services for Roger Klebsch will be held 11:00 am Friday, May 24, 2019, also at the Linn’s Funeral Home Chapel, 1521 Washington Ave; Iowa Falls, Iowa 50126.

The Linn’s Funeral Home in Iowa Falls is helping the family with arrangements and military honors are being provided by the U.S. Army and the Hyman-Peavey Post #188. ; Iowa Falls, IA 50126. For further information please visit linnsfuneralhome.com. Roger Anthony Klebsch was born the son of Kenneth Virgil Klebsch and Caroline Irene [Koop] Klebsch on April 26, 1956 in Aberdeen, South Dakota.

He attended the Watertown Community Schools in South Dakota. On February 4, 1974 he entered the United States Army serving as a Fire Control Instrument Repairman in Germany. He was honorably discharged February 3, 1976.

In 1978 he was married to Theresa Lewis and to this union one child was born: Jennifer, they were later divorced. In 1985 he was married to Cherie Watkins. To this union one child was born: Michelle, they were later divorced.

On June 26, 2002, he was united in marriage to Cindy Lou Crosser. During his life he worked mostly in management in retail and restaurant businesses, including KFC and McDonald’s, along with ending up at Wal-Mart in Iowa Falls and retiring in 2018. He loved airplanes and even had his pilot license.

One of the things he enjoyed doing was going to the airport and watch the planes take off and land. He also enjoyed flying in the Microsoft Flight Simulator, even landing and taking off in Des Moines inside the game. One of his other joys in life was horses.

Roger Klebsch was preceded in death by his parents: Kenneth and Caroline Klebsch. Roger is survived by his wife: Cindy Klebsch of Iowa Falls, Iowa; two daughters: Jennifer Klebsch of Newton, Iowa and Michelle [Eric] Baumgarten of Omaha, Nebraska; five step-children: Rob Watkins of Omaha, Mike Watkins of Omaha, Heather [Nic Stone] Norem of Ames, Iowa, Amber Crosser of Marshalltown, Iowa, and Kim [Jason] Hinkle of Alden, Iowa; eight grandchildren: Alexander, TJ, Chloe, Josh, Jake, Ryder, Dierks, and Skyler; one brother: Bob Klebsch of Watertown, South Dakota; and three nieces. favorite_border Donations Pledges Donations may be made to: [LAST NAME] FAMILY MEMORIAL C/O Linn’s Funeral Home; 1521 Washington Ave.
