Columbiana – Roger W. McGinnis, 40, of Columbiana, formerly of Austintown, died, March 14, 2019. He was born, November 16, 1978 in Pittsburgh, PA, a son of Roger and Catherine Cook McGinnis. Roger was a skilled craftsman and owned and operated Shamrock Homes LLC, was Catholic by faith and was an avid Steelers fan.

Anyone who knew Roger, knew he fiercely loved his family, especially his wife and children. He is survived by the love of his life, Jannine Stanton McGinnis, whom he married, October 25, 2013; a daughter, Gracie McGinnis; two sons, Mason and Roger McGinnis; two step daughters, Alexis and Isabella Zimmerman; a step son John Zimmerman, IV; Parents, Roger and Catherine Cook McGinnis of Austintown; a sister, Kacy Fritz of Palm Coast, FL; a brother, Nicholas (Amanda) McGinnis of Lake Milton; mother and father in law, Robert and Paulette Stanton of Austintown and a sister in law Krysten Stanton of Austintown. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2019 at Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral, Columbiana and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana, with Pastor Chris White officiating.
