Roland Joseph Geoffroy, 84, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Friday, June 1, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on October 31, 1933 in Erath, Louisiana to Albert Geoffroy and Isabel Simon Geoffroy. Roland had lived in Port Neches for 70 years and was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church and a life member of Knights of Columbus #2461 in Port Neches.

He retired as an accountant from Ameripol Synpol after 30 years of service. Roland proudly served his country in the United States Army. Private family services were held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Reverend Shane Baxter officiating.

Burial followed in Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Roland was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Isabel Geoffroy and his brother, Albert Geoffroy, Jr He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Joan Geoffroy of Port Neches; two daughters, Lori George of Port Neches and Nancy Hamby and husband Garry of Nederland; two sons, Gary Geoffroy and wife Rhonda of Port Neches and Craig Geoffroy and wife Lisa of Port Neches; sister, Jeanette LeBlanc of Groves; brother, Billy Geoffroy of Port Arthur; nine grandchildren, Kristen Abshire and husband Griffin, Adam George, Shea Bledsoe and husband David, Kyler Geoffroy, Bradley Geoffroy, Kade Geoffroy, Morgan Hamby, Keegan Geoffroy and Madison Hamby and three great grandchildren, Tatum Feldschau, Finley Abshire and Piper Bledsoe.
