Mr. Monroy was born July 24, 1966 in Panama to Romulo Monroy Caballero and Guillermina Saavedra Mitre. He is survived by his fiance’: Angela Rodriguez, Murray; children, Heather Monroy, Nori Monroy, Laura Monroy, Richard Monroy, Karen Monroy, Susan Monroy, and Christian Monroy.
