Mr. Ronald Douglas McIntosh, Jr., 58, of Fayetteville passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018. Ronald worked at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center for 33 years as a Radiologist X-ray Technician. He was a self taught guitarist as well as many other instruments.

Ronald was a member of a local band. He was an avid hunter and loved taking his boat out fishing. He enjoyed reading books, photography, long nature walks and was an amateur astronomer.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald D. McIntosh; his beloved dog, Ropesphere; and a great niece, Kaylee Margo Johnson. eft to cherish his memory is his wife of 30 years, Karen Capps McIntosh of the home; his mother, Willa Horne McIntosh of Eastover; two sister, Glenda McIntosh Wright (Greg) of Fayetteville and their son, Cory and Sandra McIntosh of Fayetteville; eight nieces and nephews and fourteen great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 9:45 am to 10:45 am in Rogers and Breece Funeral Home with the funeral service immediately following at 11 am in the chapel.

Burial will take place at Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.
