Leominster – Ronald P. Senay, 78, of Leominster, died October 21, 2018, in UMass Medical Center, Worcester. He was born September 8, 1940, in Leominster, son of the late Ronald and Mary C. (Bouvier) Senay Lamolinare. Ron graduated from Notre Dame High School, Class of 1958.

He served in the US Navy from Oct. 1961 until Feb. 1966.

He attained the rank of E-5 and received the Good Conduct Medal. He was a member of St. Anna’s Parish, the Knights of Columbus #406, where he served as Past Grand Knight, the Fourth Degree of Knights of Columbus, and the Leominster Sportmen’s Club. He was very active with Boy Scout Troop 14 and was on the Leadership Committee.

Ron enjoyed making puzzles. He was an avid gardner and also loved to bake. Ronald is survived by his wife of 52 years, Judith A. (Valeri) Senay of Leominster, two sons; Scott R. Senay of Maryland, and Steven D. Senay of Leominster, his beloved dog Bella, one sister; Ann LaFond of South Lancaster, MA, one grandson; Connor Senay of Manchester, MA, one brother-in-law; David Valeri of Leominster, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Ronald’s funeral will be held Thursday, October 25, 2018, from Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West St., Leominster with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Anna’s Church, 199 Lancaster St., Leominster. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Leominster. Calling hours will be held Thursday morning, October 25th, from 8:30 a.m. – 10: 30 a.m. in the funeral home.
