He was born August 22, 1966 in Huntington, WV; a son of Ronald Paul Johnson, Sr., and Jeanette Ruth Pauley. Ronald was preceded in death by his father; and his sister, Donna Mae Wells.

He leaves behind to mourn his loss, his mother, Jeanette; his son, Preston; his siblings: Angela Marie Johnson, Danise Renee’ Johnson and Gregory Allen Donnally. Also surviving are a host of nieces and nephews; his step-dad, David Franklin Pauley, who raised all the kids as his own; and his brother-in-law, Steven Wells. Ronald proudly served his country as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Kenova Church of God.
