RONNIE’s Obituary Ronnie Dean Heaton, 54 of Barefoot Bay, Florida, passed away suddenly on May 2 at his residence. Ronnie was born in Atlanta, GA on November 23, 1964. He was raised in Fort Wayne, IN where he attended Southside High School.

He made Vero Beach, FL his permanent home in 1992. He worked in the family business for Don Heaton Drywall for most of his life and later as a food technician for Cumberland Farms Convenient Stores. Ronnie was an avid Miami Dolphins Fan.

He loved fishing with his grandsons and relaxing at the end of the day with a cold beer and his favorite band (YES). Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Chrissy Heaton of Fellsmere; (grandson’s Camron and Amari); son, Matthew Heaton of Fort Wayne; father, Donald Heaton of Barefoot Bay; mother, Helen Heaton of Fort Wayne; his twin brother Lonnie Heaton (Kathy) of Vero Beach; sister, Pam Heaton of Fort Wayne; brothers, Terry Heaton (Marie) of Sebastian; Michael Heaton (Michelle) of Fort Wayne and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 12, 2019 from 1-4 p.m. at Heritage Center 2140 14th Avenue Vero Beach, FL 32960.

Arrangements are under the direction of Strunk Funeral Home, Sebastian, Florida.
