Obituary for Ronnie Dunlap Ronnie Dunlap, 74 of White Plains, KY passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. He was born September 23, 1943 in White Plains, KY to the late Guy Dunlap and Esteen McFarland Dunlap. He was also preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.

He was of the Baptist faith. He retired from Ford Motor Company and he also retired as the Water Superintendent of White Plains. He was a Nascar fan and he enjoyed fishing, feeding birds, gardening and helping others.

He was a US Army Vietnam Veteran. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Nancy Dunlap; one daughter, Kimberly (Benjamin Piccirillo) Dunlap of Sudbury, MA; one son, Ronald Dunlap of Bowling Green, KY; one sister, Wanda Sue Dunlap of Madisonville; two brothers, Bobby (Angie) Dunlap of Madisonville and James (Betty) Dunlap of White Plains; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 12:00 P.M. Friday at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro.

John Shoulta officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 P.M. at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville with Military Honors given by the 101st Airborne and the Pennyrile Honor Guard. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
