Obituary for Ronnie Roberts Ronnie Roberts passed away unexpectedly on July 11, 2018. He was born in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on November 17, 1958 to Paul and Velma Roberts. Ronnie resided in Coweta, Oklahoma with his girlfriend of 22 years, Cindy Atkinson.

Ronnie worked as a roofer. He was a big sports fan, baseball being his favorite. He sported his New York Yankees caps with pride.

He enjoyed working in the yard and documentaries were his favorite TV viewing. He loved Zoey, his family’s Boston Terrier, who was his faithful companion. He was preceded in death by his mother Velma Ruth (Stafford) Flowers, father Paul Howard Roberts, stepfather Pete Flowers and Cindy’s son TW Atkinson.

Ronnie is survived by his brother Paul “Skip” Roberts and his wife Jodena, sister DeAnn Meeder and her husband Harold, brother Jerry Roberts and Ronnie’s son Bruce Norfleet. His surviving nieces and nephews are: Rebecca Mason her husband Terry and their children Gage and Draven, Ken Roberts and their mother Janet Roberts, Robert Meeder, Sandra Johannesen, Andre Nichols, Steven Johannesen, Amanda Boyd, Lily Roberts and David Roberts. He is also survived by his Aunt Mary Butler and cousins Teresa Butler, Diane Helfenbein, Chuck Burt and Kelly Burt.

Additionally, he is survived by Cindy’s son Jake Atkinson. His last words to everyone are believed to be… Only YOU can prevent forest fires. Bye-cycle!
