Obituary for Rosalean Virginia Moore (Worthington) Rosalean Virginia Moore was born on December 08, 1927 in Lead Hill, Arkansas to George B. and Lillie Mae (Sommers) Worthington. Her life ended on October 16, 2018, being 90 years old. In 1940, at 12 years of age, she was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

At 15 years of age she began the life of a missionary, helping people to better understand the Bible. She continued her ministry as pioneer until her death a total of 75 years and 6 months. In 1946 she met Almer Moore, and they were married to following year, in 1947.

They spent their lives together, educating people about the wonderful hope of God’s Kingdom. Shortly after they celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary, she lost her husband Almer in death. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lillie Worthington; her husband Almer Moore; her brother, L.G. Worthington; her sister, Captolia Shugart; and her nephews, George Elbert Shugart and Mike Worthington.

She is survived by nephews, Roy Allen Shugart of Loving, New Mexico; George Presley Worthington, of Lubbock, TX and L.G. Worthington Jr. of Idalou, TX.
