Rose’s Obituary On February 24, 2019, Rose Helen Bucklew, beloved wife of the late William W. Bucklew, Sr.; devoted mother of the late Billy Joe Bucklew; dear sister-in-law of JoAnn DiPaola and Gloria DiPaola. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at the family-owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Rd, where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11 AM. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
