Rosemary’s Obituary Rosemary Annalee Atkinson, 78, of Proctorville, OH, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, January, 4, 2019. She was born October 23, 1940, to the late Henry Chester and Jannie Pearl Thomas. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one older brother and one younger sister; Paul Thomas and Gloria Stapleton.

She is survived by two younger brothers, Chester Thomas and Richard Thomas. Best remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother and proud grandmother who was unrivaled in the kitchen. She is survived by the love of her life of 57 years, Frank Robert Atkinson in addition to her two children, Tena (Phillip) Ball of Barboursville, WV and Terry Atkinson of Lexington, KY.

She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Stephanie Smith, PJ Ball, Katie Atkinson, Cassie Hodge; and seven great grandchildren. Rosemary truly lived everyday in light of the command given by her Lord, “love one another, just as I have loved you”. Private family services will be held in celebration of her life.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Huntington, WV. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.
