OBITUARY Ross S. Adams August 17, 1930 – January 29, 2019 Ross S. Adams of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on January 29, 2019. Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home Chapel with visitation an hour prior. Ross was born on August 17, 1930 to Everett and Lucille Adams.

He was a member of Birdville Church of Christ. Ross was a proud graduate of The Texas School for the Deaf, playing on a state championship football team, and a star pitcher who was scouted by MLB. He retired from First National Bank of Fort Worth after 32 years of service.

Those preceding Ross in death are his parents, and brother John Ogden Adams. Survivors: Niece, Marilyn Billingsley, cousins; Elizabeth Jarnigan, Charlotte Hudson, Caroline Waite, Edward “Ted” Adams, and Mary Catherine Burchfield. The family would like to say a special thanks to Easter Seals, and Visiting Angels for their dedicated services.

Along with friend and neighbor for over 60 years Doyle Clement. His church family at Birdville Church of Christ, and Donald Camp a good friend who will sing at his service. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Birdville Church of Christ.
