Rowena was born to mother, Loreta (Nazareno) and father, Wency A. Tactay in Honolulu Hawaii on June 22, 1982. Rowena is survived by her parents, Wency A. Tactay and Loreta N. Tactay; children, Serenity Tactay, Andrew Shippy Jr. and Sapphire Tactay; brother, Wency N. (Jesusa) Tactay; sister, Aggie (Richard) Chua; aunties and uncles, nieces and nephews.
