Roy is survived by his sisters, Marilyn Old Horse, Mabel (Dale) One Horn, Rhoda Janis, and Wilma Old Horse all of Kyle, SD; brothers, Floyd Old Horse and Robert Old Horse both of Kyle, SD; hunka brothers, Myron Heathershaw and Alan Reddy; hunka sister, Bonnie Ghost Bear; and numerous grandchildren.

Roy was preceded in death by his father, Oliver Old Horse, Sr.; mother, Ruth Charging Crow; brother, Oliver Old Horse, Jr.; sister, Constance Old Horse; and nieces, Deanna Reddest and Delana One Horn. Wake Services: One night wake service starting at 5:00 PM, Friday, November 2, 2018 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church Hall in Kyle, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM.
