Royce Lee Kimbrell of Wynnewood, Oklahoma was born to Lee Kuin and Lillie Elizabeth (Helm) Kimbrell on December 9, 1930 east of Wynnewood, Oklahoma and passed from this life on April 12, 2019 at his home at the age of 88 years. Royce graduated from Wynnewood high school. On November 26, 1952, Royce married Bettie Helm in Pauls Valley.

He worked in the oil and gas industry and ranched. The highlight of his life was his family. He taught others the importance of honesty and strong work ethic.

“An honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay”. Mr. Kimbrell is survived by: Wife: Bettie Jean Kimbrell of the home Son: Royce E. (Eddie) Kimbrell of Wynnewood, Oklahoma Daughters: Janet Anderson of Moore, Oklahoma Debbie Quinn and husband Joel of Pond Creek, Oklahoma 1 sister 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home.
